Requirements
Archplan Is hiring:
Senior Design Architect.
The candidate will work with the design team in all design stages in different projects.
Preference will be given to a qualified candidate who can demonstrate experience in the following:
• Follow projects' strategy for handling potential challenges ahead.
• Follow-up team performance to ensure their alignment with projects quality, time frame, budget, contract deliverables and standards.
• Ongoing coordination with other specializations (Mechanical, structural, electrical, etc.) to ensure design requirements are compatible across different disciplines
• Ensure proper implementation / execution of deliverables as per contract, including any approved amendments
• Aware of the Egyptian and the International codes and local regulations
Job Specifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• (7-10) years of experience.
-Excellent in using Revit/AutoCAD
- Good knowledge of 3Dmax & lumion.
-Good knowledge of MS office ( Excel - Word )
- Preferable if using Rhino & Grasshopper.
-Adobe photoshop, Adobe InDesign is a plus
-The ability to visualize concepts and explain them.
-Creativity and Imagination.
-Team player with high communication skills is a must.
-Highly dedicated.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
